Welcome to Tapp Alarm. By visiting tappalarm.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are
Tapp Alarm ("Tapp," "we," "us") sells the Tapp Dock and related products through tappalarm.com. You can reach us at support@tappalarm.com.

2. Using our site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm us or other customers. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen. We may update or discontinue products, and change prices, at any time without notice. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're offering to buy a product at the listed price. We may accept or decline any order, including because of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. Orders may also be placed through AI shopping assistants and other third-party channels; these terms apply to those orders too.

5. Shipping
Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and damaged-item policy are described in our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and video, belongs to Tapp Alarm or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Product use
The Tapp Dock is a convenience tool for waking up. It isn't a safety or medical device. Please keep a backup alarm for anything time-critical, like early flights or medical appointments. Follow the product instructions, and keep it out of reach of small children.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapp Alarm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
